1. Loan Eligibility

To be eligible for a loan through FlexyMdogo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a Kenyan citizen or legal resident
• Provide valid identification and contact information
• Not have any outstanding unpaid loans
• Have a valid M-Pesa account or bank account for repayments

2. Loan Terms

• Loans are provided for a fixed term of 1 month
• Interest rates vary based on client type (Metro Lites: 10%, Standard: 15%)
• A penalty rate of 5% applies to overdue payments
• All loans must be repaid in full within the specified term

3. Application Process

Loan applications are submitted through our online platform. All applications undergo review and approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made through M-Pesa or bank transfer
• Payment information is securely encrypted and stored
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Full repayment is required before applying for new loans

5. Default and Collections

In case of default, we may:

• Apply penalty charges
• Report to credit bureaus
• Use collection agencies
• Take legal action if necessary

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and loan application processes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Payment Obligations

You agree to repay all loans according to the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges and collection actions.

4. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service. Misuse of the service may result in account suspension or termination.
